In the beginning there was one big dream, a family tradition and childhood memories.
We started from scratch and now we are here in the bistro… The bistro with its great regular customers, from the ones who have been supporting us from the beginning until the newest that visit us daily. It wouldn’t be possible without all of you! You helped us make our dream come true. You are supporting us in our way to help animals, the planet and all of us. You create an incredible atmosphere here with us and we are extremely grateful for that.

Silvie & Renata.
Silvie is one of the co-owners and the creator. She is behind the whole concept of Happy Bean. She is a designer, graphics artist, economist and enthusiastic cook. Together with the kitchen she compiles a menu for you and is a perfectionist in food decoration.
Renata is the other co-owner and a great manager. She organizes the unorganized and arranges everything possible, and impossible. She is a work enthusiast and a real food & coffee lover.

Our kitchen is small but still big 🙂 all the goodies you like are created here. Among other things, the legendary spelled pancakes, Budda bowl and spinach tags..
We like to decorate nicely, tune tastes and try new products.
